Well, not quit a religion exactly though many people have compared it to that…I came across this interesting blog entry today about how the Fellowship Church, apparently the 5th largest church in the U.S., is moving its web development platform from an MS .NET environment to a Linux/Apache/PostgreSQL/PHP environment!

They also talk about focusing more on W3C standards and Firefox. It is nice to see more and more people, organizations, and businesses starting to think along these lines. Open Standards People! that is what the web is all about. The days of programming to proprietary solutions, locking you into a narrow path, are coming to a close.
